◎ the maximum size of the battery pack that can be accommodated by XY axis automation is 480 x 480 mm, and the battery pack is 50-150mm high;
◎ the equipment adopts welding needle compensation, four groups of energy switching, welding needle repair, welding needle grinding alarm and other functions to ensure stable welding;
◎ the equipment adopts measures such as material in place detection, cylinder compression and servo control to improve the accuracy of welding position;
◎ the equipment can quickly switch the products with inconsistent welding direction through the chuck that can quickly switch the 90 ° welding direction;
◎ the equipment realizes fool operation through operating handle, CAD guide, multiple array calculation, U disk sharing data, local operation, breakpoint virtual welding and other measures;
◎ the equipment is equipped with screen locking function to prevent misoperation.
